Senior Enterprise Application Architect Senior Manager
You Are:
The Senior Enterprise Application Architect is responsible for assisting the Information Technology team with creating solutions and validating technology architecture for upcoming prioritized projects. They will analyze current systems, identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation, and recommend enhancements or improvements to optimize business operations, improve efficiency, and drive value.
The Work:
- Collaborate with internal and contractor teams to evaluate existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas of improvement
- Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems and infrastructure
- Assist with architecture and framework design tailored to meet business needs
- Provide strategic recommendations for AI adoption, including identifying use cases, tools, and technologies
- Suggest enhancements or improvements to existing systems and recommend AI capabilities where applicable
- Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and standards
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Validate architectural designs for new projects to ensure they meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
- Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to test and validate new technologies, including AI models and AWS services
- Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions, where applicable, to non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor the performance of systems and continuously optimize them for accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Proactively suggest enhancements and improvements to existing systems and processes to drive efficiency and business value
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies to be able to effectively leverage AI for recommending improved solutions
Here's What You Need:
- Strong expertise in designing and architecting solutions on platforms such as AWS, Appian, Salesforce and ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in cloud architecture, including AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and API Gateway
- Proficiency in implementing applications involving Java, Python, R, Databases
- Solid understanding of application design, data engineering and data modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into effective solutions, aided by AI as applicable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ten (10) or more years of designing, architecting and implementing applications
- Experience in designing and implementing solutions that leverage AI
- Knowledge of ethical AI principles and practices
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree (Masters Preferred) with a strong academic record
- The ability to be in person 50 - 100% depending on availability of candidate

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
