Senior Executive - Sales
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales / Senior Sales Executive with experience in the electrical industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of project sales, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to generate business through contractors, and government departments.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 3 years in the electrical industry.
- Proven experience in handling contractors is mandatory.
- Experience in dealing with Government Departments, PWD, Railways, CPWD, MMRDA, Metro, or other government projects will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, and end customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Handle project sales and follow up from product approval to order closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, order processing, and deliveries.
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide technical/commercial support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or any relevant discipline.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Strong network within the electrical industry.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project visits.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
