Senior Finance Analyst
You will support OKX Malta's financial operations by handling accounting, tax, internal controls, cost management, accounts payable, and regulatory reporting. You will prepare financial statements, support audits and month-end close, maintain reporting controls, and help improve financial processes and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Support accounting tax internal controls cost management accounts payable management reporting and regulatory reporting
- Prepare financial statements for audits regulatory inquiries and management reporting
- Support month-end closing and group consolidation
- Support accounts payable and operating expense management
- Support local financial statement audits
- Maintain internal controls
- Develop efficient and automated financial reporting processes
- Support Malta and EU regulatory reporting VAT and corporate tax matters
Requirements
- ACCA ACA CIMA or CPA qualification
- BS or BA in Accounting Finance or Economics
- 4–6 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of IFRS
- Familiarity with Malta Tax Authority reporting requirements
- Familiarity with MFSA rules and regulations or willingness to learn
- Exposure to budgeting financial planning forecasting modeling and performance reporting
- Understanding of cost management frameworks and accounts payable processes
- Experience supporting multi-stakeholder projects
