Senior Full Stack Engineer

About theRole:

At Xtremax, we build mission-critical digital platforms and software solutions for public sector and enterprise clients. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on technology professional to join our project delivery team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend and frontend services — APIs, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Build and iterate on frontend interfaces using established design systems, ensuring quality and performance.
• Work on complexbusiness workflows that support case management, applications, lodgement,payments integration, accounting, document handling, reporting, and searchfunctions.
• Strengthenengineering quality through testing, code review, secure coding, dependencyhygiene, observability, and DevSecOps practices.
• Operate inDevOps mode — own features from development through deployment, monitoring, andmaintenance.
• Participate intechnical planning and sprint execution, contributing to estimates andarchitectural discussions.
• Collaborateclosely with the PM and designer to ship user-facing features that meetprocessing velocity and UX targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in system solutioning, software engineering, and delivering robust enterprise applications.
• Strong proficiency in data structures analysis, secure application design, and product management fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience leading teams using orchestration on low-code platforms.
• Proven track record designing and implementing workflow systems (dynamic case management, system integrations, payment & accounting functions, reporting, batch jobs,and authentication flows).
• Experiencedesigning cloud applications and executing integrations with diverse externalsystems.
• Experience in Agile processes, CI/CD with government platforms (e.g., SHIP-HATS), and cloud environments (AWS / GCC).
• Hands-on exposure to data migration and document migration workflows.

Good to Have/ Advantageous:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Tungsten Automation application platforms and Decisions application platform.
• Experience delivering at least one full project development life cycle on the above application platform(s).
