Senior Full-Stack (Ruby, React) Developer
- Develop and maintain full-stack features using React (frontend) and Ruby on Rails (backend)
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers
- Contribute ideas to improve architecture, performance, and user experience
- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and implement best development practices
- Work on observability tools such as analytics, error tracking, and logging
- 5+ years of commercial experience in web development
- Strong skills in Ruby and Ruby on Rails
- Experience with React and solid knowledge of JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus)
- Understanding of REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and clean coding principles
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Ability to work full-time during US business hours
