- Architect and deliver production-grade .NET solutions with a focus on performance and scalability
- Lead full-cycle development from requirements analysis through deployment and optimization
- Engage stakeholders through demo sessions, Agile ceremonies, and technical workshops
- Champion code quality through rigorous reviews and robust test automation strategies
- Contribute to business growth by participating in technical estimations, planning, and pre-sales activities
- Optional leadership: Conduct technical interviews, mentor team members, and share expertise at industry events
- 4+ years of professional software development experience with .NET
- Strong experience building REST APIs, including API versioning
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of relational databases
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Experience with the implementation of ERP systems and knowledge in accounting calculations would be a plus
- B2 level of English or higher, with experience communicating with English-speaking customers
- Genuine interest in continuously improving skills and keeping up with new technologies
