Senior Go Blockchain Engineer
You design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions using Go and relevant blockchain technologies. You create tools for load testing and protocol benchmarking, contribute to blockchain engineering work, and explore Gno.land and related technologies.
Responsibilities
- Explore Gno.land and new Go languages
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of blockchain solutions
- Create tools for load testing and protocol benchmarking
Requirements
- Experience with Tendermint, Cosmos SDK, and CosmWasm
- Experience with Golang programming, concurrency primitives, go/* packages, and reflection
- Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, including networking, storage, operating systems, data structures, and transpilers or compilers
- Experience in an agile development environment
- Experience working with distributed teams, asynchronous and synchronous work, GitHub, and peer reviews
- Experience with UNIX-like systems
- Knowledge of the UNIX network stack, including TCP/IP and HTTP
- Experience with gRPC
- Experience with Git
- Basic understanding of smart contracts
- Experience with the IPFS protocol
- Interest in proof-of-stake, consensus algorithms, decentralized exchanges, public-key cryptography, and security
- Experience setting up and working with CI systems
- Fluent English language skills
