Senior Graphic Designer
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design team and oversee the development of high-quality visual content across digital and offline platforms. This role combines hands-on design work with team leadership, ensuring brand consistency and impactful visual storytelling.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, ensuring high performance and creativity.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process from concept to final execution
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver compelling visuals
- Review and approve designs, graphics, layouts, and final outputs
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices
- Handle vendor coordination for print and external design work (if required)
- Ensure designs align with business goals and marketing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, )
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with digital, social media, and branding design
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle feedback and iterate designs efficiently
