- Understand different printing methods, material types, finishes, and techniques to create designs suitable for each project.
- Provide creative direction and leadership to the design team, guiding designers and ensuring high-quality design output.
- Manage and coordinate multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Approach design challenges with creativity, innovation, and the ability to propose alternative solutions.
- Fluency in current graphic design practices; such as Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
