Senior HR Business Partner
You act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership; guide workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development; lead change initiatives; identify talent gaps; coach managers and employees; develop HR programs; resolve complex employee relations issues; collaborate with HR centers of excellence; analyze HR metrics; and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership
- Support workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development
- Lead change management initiatives
- Identify talent gaps and develop talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development solutions
- Coach and advise managers and employees on HR policies, labor laws, employee relations, and performance management
- Develop and implement HR programs
- Oversee complex employee relations issues
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence
- Analyze HR metrics and trends
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
- Ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience driving change management and organizational development initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills
