Job Description

• Manage of subordinates in HR Admin and GA department
• Plan and manage people development
• Handle Industrial Relation matters including the dispute
• Coordinate with labor union
• Handle talent management
• Manage labor cost and department expenses
• Negotiate with the government
• Handle compensation and benefits systems

• Requirement
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Law or similar
• Business English proficiency
• 10 years of experience as HRGA function and 7 years as Managerial position
• 5 years in Japanese manufacturing company including automotive company
