Job Description
- Build a well-resourced, competent, and credible HR function over time
- Take responsibility for talent acquisition, recruitment, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management
- Establish yourself as a trusted HR leader, earning the respect of stakeholders and their leadership teams
- Ensure diligent maintenance of HR records and policy compliance
- Create and implement structured training plans for managers and employees
- Manage total rewards, manpower planning, mobility, employee engagement, and HRIS implementation
Requirement
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in HR generalist leadership roles within multinational organisations
- Experience in managing large headcounts
- Broad experience in all aspects of Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of labour law and practices
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- High level of energy and enthusiasm with a positive attitude
- Experience in the agriculture sector is an advantage
