Role overview

As senior HSE manager, you will provide leadership for health, safety, and environmental performance across major infrastructure programs. This role is central to building a strong safety culture, supporting compliant project delivery, and partnering with teams and contractors to manage risk effectively across a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE strategy and compliance across large-scale infrastructure program delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans for construction activities.
• Oversee incident investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and ensure adherence to project standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of HSE leadership experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing contractor compliance, conducting HSE audits, and leading incident investigations.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international safety standards.
• Experience leading HSE discussions with project directors, client representatives, government authorities, and senior contractor leadership.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent professional HSE certification is preferred.
