Senior Infrastructure / Network Engineer

We’re Hiring: Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, integrate and deliver highly available infrastructure supporting complex Air Traffic Management solutions across the Asia-Pacific region.

You will work within an international, multidisciplinary engineering team, covering server, storage, virtualisation, networking, automation and platform deployment—from solution design and factory integration through to customer-site implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver mission-critical server, storage, network and virtualisation infrastructure.
• Develop and review solution architecture diagrams, Bills of Materials, cost estimates and technical interfaces.
• Prepare and maintain solution specifications, infrastructure designs, integration documents and acceptance test procedures.
• Define equipment configurations and coordinate the assembly and integration of complete system platforms.
• Install, configure, validate and hand over infrastructure equipment in factory and customer-site environments.
• Support infrastructure configuration changes, troubleshooting and system optimisation.
• Participate in customer design reviews and deliver technical training.
• Identify technical and architectural risks and recommend practical, validated solutions.
• Collaborate closely with network, cybersecurity, systems engineering, software integration and site deployment teams.
• Promote infrastructure automation, standardisation, Lean/Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to infrastructure cost modelling and total cost of ownership analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation, lessons learned and infrastructure best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, ICT or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience designing, delivering or operating complex mission-critical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/RHEL and Windows Server, including system hardening and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox or KVM.
• Experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Strong understanding of physical and virtual servers, compute platforms, SAN/NAS storage, backup and recovery, and data-centre infrastructure.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and infrastructure scripting.
• Sound understanding of networking fundamentals, including switching and routing.
• Practical experience integrating, validating and testing hardware within large, software-based systems.
• Experience working under traditional and Agile/iterative project delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain Singapore CAT2 security clearance.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Desirable Qualifications

• Cisco certifications such as CCNA or CCNP.
• Knowledge of Air Traffic Management systems.
• Postgraduate qualification in Systems Engineering.
• French language proficiency.
