Senior Infrastructure Support

1. Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.2. Understanding of network protocols, routers, switches and

5. Experience in network security and information security, including

firewalls, VPN, and anti-virus.

9. Design cloud infrastructure solutions that meet business needs andTDRA requirements.

10. Implement and establish cloud infrastructure in collaboration with

the Telecommunications & Digital Regulations Authority (TDRA).

11. Manage cloud systems and services, ensuring their stability and

continuous availability.

12. Apply best security practices to ensure data and system protection

13. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory laws.

14. Monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure performance to improve

efficiency and reduce costs.

15. Work closely with development, support, and other technical teams

to ensure cloud solutions align with business requirements.

16. Prepare necessary documentation for cloud infrastructure and

related processes.

17. Prepare periodic reports on system status, performance, and

compliance.

18. Develop and implement backup and recovery plans to ensure work

continuity.

19. Prepare and update technical documentation for systems and

procedures.

20. Prepare periodic reports on performance, security, and usage.
