Senior Interior Designer

Senior Interior Designer (Full time l Singapore)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage interior design projects from initial concept through to completion
Act as the primary client-facing contact, building strong relationships and managing expectations
Understand client requirements and translate them into creative and practical design solutions
Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and detailed documentation
Prepare drawings and 3D visualisations
Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback effectively
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is achieved
Mentor and guide junior designers to maintain high design standards
Source and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting, FFE Selections and have an eye for the material selections

Requirements:

Degree in Interior Design or related field
Minimum 10+ years of experience, with strong experience in client-facing roles and end-to-end project delivery
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and regulations
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
