Senior IT Lawyer
- Provide legal support for the company’s operations in several jurisdictions
- Provide legal support for investment activities
- Draft and review all types of agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents
- Advise on IP- and personal data-related matters
- Assist Sales and other departments during the negotiation phase concerning contracts and approval phases of contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law
- Proven track record and 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in IT)
- Solid experience in commercial and civil law, including client agreements, tenders, and legal support of investments
- Expertise in IP law
- Detail-oriented mindset
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
