Senior Java Developer (Agency contract)

About our client: Our client is Reputed Bank.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Market Data, Equities Trading systems.
• Deliver end-to-end solution lifecycle activities including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Develop and support FIX connectivity and MQ-based integrations for trading and enterprise systems.
• Provide technical support for Java applications, SQL/Oracle databases, and Linux/Unix platforms.
• Support equities trading operations and ensure system stability, performance, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors while ensuring compliance, documentation, and operational readiness.

Skills/Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science OR Information Technology / equivalent degree.
• 8+ years of relevant experience Java Development or support
• Strong experience in Technologies and Tools: JSF, Spring, Hibernate and Oracle PL/SQL Development.
• Minimum 3 years in Banking domain with strong development experience.
• Experience in Redhat Linux System and Job Scheduling with Control M.
• Experience in Apache, Tomcat and WebLogic App Server
