Senior Java Developer

BlackStone eIT is seeking a highly skilled Sr Java Developer to join our innovative and dynamic software development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Java applications that meet business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.
- Conduct code reviews and participate in team knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Stay updated with emerging Java technologies and industry trends.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their skill development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency with Java 8+ and Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate.
- Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with database technologies including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
- Working knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
