We are seeking experienced Lead Java Developers to join a high-performing engineering team responsible for delivering critical enterprise technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys remaining hands-on technically while providing leadership, mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction. You will also be in charge of:

• Leading the design and delivery of enterprise Java solutions
• Providing technical leadership across development teams
• Mentoring and supporting developers
• Driving engineering best practices and code quality
• Partnering with business and technical stakeholders
• Helping to define architecture and technical strategy

• Extensive Java development background
• Proven experience leading development teams
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application design
• Experience with modern development frameworks and APIs
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
• 5+ years' Java development experience
