Senior & Lead Data Engineer

You'll play a key role in designing and delivering scalable data solutions, building cloud-native data platforms, and enabling advanced analytics and AI capabilities.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Senior Data Engineer, or Lead Data Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience in building ELT/ETL pipelines and modern data platforms.
• Strong SQL and Python development skills.
• Experience working within Azure cloud environments.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data modelling, and data governance principles.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Desirable

• Experience with Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, dbt, or Data Factory.
• Exposure to Power BI or broader analytics platforms.
• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring engineers.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
