Position Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Field Operations, the Sr. Manager, Contractor Compliance is responsible for overseeing and optimizing contractor performance and compliance across all regions. This role ensures adherence to SLA’s, manages dispatch utilization, drives excellence in contractor onboarding and training programs. They are responsible for rollout of – and adherence to – the major change management initiatives that will improve the Field Operations output. In addition, this role will oversee the field recruitment team, which is responsible for new provider recruitment, onboarding and initial compliance within 90 days. Finally, the role will also be responsible for ongoing contractor compliance and additional training.

This is a remote position and requires 50% travel to meet key providers, job sites, and for periodic trips to our headquarters in Naperville, IL for business planning.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage the Same Day / Next Day service program
  • Monitor and analyze contractor dispatch usage to optimize operational efficiency
  • Track and report contractor performance metrics, identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Weekly team and one on one meetings with reports`
  • Ensure all contractors maintain current Certificates of Insurance (COI) and all required licensing.
  • Partner with and meet regularly with regional operations managers, dispatch teams, and compliance to align contractor strategies with business goals.
  • Work with the Recruitment team to push compliance with 90 day provisional contractors
  • Quarterly visits to meet with management team in Naperville
  • All OHS employees are required to: (1) read and strictly adhere to all compliance policies and procedures of the various OHS entities, as applicable; and (2) work together with their teammates to resolve compliance issues

Experience and Qualifications of the Role:

  • 5+ years of contractor management experience
  • 4+ years of direct people management experience with a track record of consistently recognizing and rewarding excellent performance and addressing performance issues head-on, without delay
  • Strong understanding of service delivery models, dispatch systems, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and contractor management platforms.

Education:

  • BS or BA or equivalent industry professional experience.

The base pay range for this position is $119,255 - $172,600 USD Annual. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
