Job Description
- Lead, conceive, and implement a work program for the engagement with clients and manage team through the advisory process
- Acting as the main person-in-charge and interface with various stakeholders
- Advise and assist the clients from developing turnaround advisory and capital market strategy/plan
- Assist in resolving financial and strategic issues in order to improve businesses that are performing below optimum level
- Analyze and assess business model and financials for strategic and tactical decision making
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Master Degree will be an advantage
- Minimum 10 years of investment banking (advisory and capital market) from advisory consulting firm
- Excellent financial and analytical skills to work on complex financial transactions
- Knowledgeable and experienced in advisory
- Proven leadership and able to analyze companies from a financial, operational and industry perspective
