Senior Manager (EWTD)

[What the role is]

You will be part of the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Division to oversee and drive the implementation of Workforce Transformation programmes/grants/initiatives to support enterprises in embarking on Workforce Transformation and strengthening its nexus with Enterprise Transformation.

[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities

- Planning and implementation of key workforce transformation (WT) initiatives under the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Division including but not limited to

o SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (WDG)

o SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)

- Drive development and manage dependencies of WT initiatives systems as the business/product owner.

- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap across related systems.

- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management and system operations across all EWTD workstreams.

- Work with internal and external stakeholders such as WSG’s in-house IT divisions and other government agencies to scope out business requirements and translate into user stories to be developed into the various IT systems housing the WT initiatives.

- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure business requirements are properly translated into systems.

- Conduct user research/feedback on user behaviour to gather company insights on the painpoints translating into user journeys.

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:

- Experience in IT product management (e.g. Business/product owner).

- Experience in rolling out large scale go-to-market programmes/grants/initiatives to the public.

- Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies and ceremonies, guiding teams through backlog management and sprint planning effectively.

- Some knowledge of data analytical tools (i.e. R, PowerBI etc).

- Behavioural insights (i.e. design principles, behavioural nudges).

- Stakeholder management (internal and external).

- Able to work well independently as well as in a team with problem solving and analytical skills.

- Able to adapt quickly to volatile, ambiguous, complex and uncertain environment with multiple and changing timelines.

Successful candidates will be offered a contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.
