Functional (job responsibilities)
- Initiate and develop innovative products and strategies to effectively accelerate business growth and establish a competitive advantage in the market
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
- Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features and initiatives
- Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate product success
- Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to enhance product performance
- Design and implement MIS reports to facilitate efficient performance management
- Act as BUCR and ORR to respond to all the needs in Risk and Compliance area
- Work with other tasks assigns by Line Manager
- Build and lead a high-performing product management team
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members
Experience/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance & banking or other related degrees
- At least 5 experiences in product management, performance management, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in dealing with management on process improvement
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Conscious of details and accuracy
- Strong understanding of user experience and customer journey principles
- English is proficiency
