Senior Manager (Tech Architecture & Infrastructure) - PVARA

[b]Requirements:[/b] [ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]At least [b]6–8[/b] years of progressively responsible professional experience in technology architecture, IT infrastructure management, regulatory technology (RegTech), or enterprise systems, gained within regulatory authorities, financial institutions, government organizations, fintech firms, or international organizations, preferably with:[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Experience in designing and overseeing enterprise technology architectures and IT infrastructure, including systems supporting regulatory, supervisory, or compliance functions.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Proven experience in technology planning and roadmap development, aligning IT architecture with organizational strategy, regulatory objectives, and scalability needs.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Practical exposure to RegTech, SupTech, or compliance platforms, including deployment, integration, and lifecycle management of technology solutions.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Experience coordinating with technology vendors, system integrators, and service providers, including requirements definition, implementation oversight, and service-level management.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Experience overseeing system deployment and implementation, including testing, user acceptance, change management, and transition to operations.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Familiarity with information security, cyber-risk, data governance, and system resilience in regulated or high-risk environments, with strong cross-functional coordination skills.[/li][/ul][/ml] [b]Education & Qualifications[/b] [ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Cryptography, Information Systems, AI, Data Analytics, Blockchain or closely related technological discipline.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or Blockchain certifications (CBP, CBDE) shall be an added advantage.[/li][/ul][/ml] [b]Note: [/b]This application form is integrated with PVARA’s official recruitment portal (recruitment.pvara.team).
