Senior Mobile Engineer I
You will lead mobile architecture and influence technical direction across teams. You will build and maintain Flutter applications for iOS and Android, manage the full feature lifecycle, improve performance and reliability, investigate issues, and strengthen testing, monitoring, observability, and crash analytics. You will also collaborate with Product and Design and mentor other engineers.
Responsibilities
- Own the full feature lifecycle from debugging and documentation through testing release and monitoring
- Participate in the mobile technical roadmap for architecture frameworks and tooling
- Contribute to design reviews architecture discussions and performance optimization
- Implement maintainable Flutter solutions using state management dependency injection and reactive programming
- Collaborate with Product and Design to improve the mobile user experience
- Investigate issues and recommend preventative measures
- Improve observability monitoring and crash analytics
- Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Flutter and Dart experience in production environments
- Understanding of mobile architecture state management and design patterns such as BLoC MVVM and Clean Architecture
- Experience maintaining unit widget integration and end-to-end testing strategies for Flutter applications
- Familiarity with mobile CI/CD automation
- Understanding of RESTful APIs WebSockets and offline data handling
- Familiarity with optimizing performance reliability and user experience across diverse devices
- Ability to work in an agile team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Knowledge of native iOS Swift and Android Kotlin or Java integration
- Experience with fintech or trading platforms
- Contributions to open-source frameworks or SDKs
