Senior Motion Designer
You will create product-led motion content that explains AI workflows and UI interactions through demos, social videos, launches and brand moments. You will manage video production from editing through finishing, collaborate with product and brand partners, refine motion systems and deliver multiple projects to a high creative standard.
Responsibilities
- Design and animate product-led motion
- Create product demos, social-first videos, keynote content, launch assets and brand videos
- Own video production from editing through final delivery
- Synchronize pacing, music, voiceover, sound design, color correction and finishing
- Translate product capabilities into visual narratives
- Maintain creative quality across deliverables
- Refine motion systems and production workflows
- Manage multiple projects from concept through final delivery
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects
- Deep understanding of motion design principles
- Strong video editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience with Jitter or similar motion design tools
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Runway
- Experience creating motion content for technology companies, startups or product-led organizations
- Portfolio demonstrating product marketing, UI motion and storytelling
- Strong visual craft and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex concepts through motion
- Experience with Cinema 4D or Spline is desirable
- Working knowledge of Figma is desirable
- Experience creating Lottie animations is desirable
- Familiarity with Frame.io is desirable
