Job Description
- Oversee the sales and operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Lead and develop store teams to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
- Implement effective inventory control practices to minimise waste, avoid over- or under-purchasing, and meet demand accurately.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from merchandising to staffing and customer satisfaction.
- Drive store performance by analysing sales data, setting goals, and implementing action plans for improvement.
- Optimise manpower through effective scheduling, recruitment, and training, ensuring stores are well-staffed and teams are equipped to perform.
Requirement
- Minimum of 5 years in retail sales management, with a track record in expansion and store openings.
- Strong record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency.
- Expert in consumer behaviour and market trends with a strategic sales approach.
- Skilled in leading multi-location teams to meet business objectives.
- Proven ability to reduce shrinkage, optimise manpower, and streamline processes.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, leveraging communication, problem-solving, and leadership to support growth.
