Senior Operations Manager
You will work with the Head of Operations to execute business strategies, improve and optimize Product, Compliance, Customer Support, and Growth operations, interpret data into actionable insights, coordinate multiple cross-functional projects, and apply local expertise in user behavior and regulatory requirements. You will develop processes, meet deadlines, and use AI tools to streamline work.
Responsibilities

Requirements

- Cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related subject, or equivalent practical experience

- Experience using AI tools
- Experience in a crypto exchange, FinTech, or regulated-industry startup is preferred
- Experience in a multinational or matrix environment is preferred
- Interest in crypto or trading is preferred
