As a Senior Operations Support Technician, you will directly contribute to the success of critical client missions.
Responsibilities
- Working within a small team, you will interface directly with operational clients and other support technicians to ensure tasks are completed promptly and in compliance with policy.
- You will develop new ways of solving problems and contribute to training your customers to enhance their mission effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications
- 10 years of experience supporting sensitive client operations
- Demonstrated familiarity with policies and systems specific to sensitive operations support
- Independent, diligent, and process-oriented work style
Desired experience
- Creating and updating project documentation, to include SOPs and status reports
- Experience in creating and delivering training materials
- Experience communicating with executives
Clearance
- An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $158,900—$195,000 USD
