Senior Pega Front End Designer | UX/UI

Senior Pega Front End Designer & Developer | UX/UILead UX/UI design and front-end implementation across enterprise Pega applications, using React, Angular and WCAG AA compliant design practices. This hybrid role requires full-time onsite attendance for an initial six months or until project ICT requirements are understood.
Location: QLD, ACT, VIC, NSW, SA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Contract Duration: 12 months, with a possible 12-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline
Essential Tasks
- Lead UX/UI design and implementation for applications on an enterprise Pega platform.
- Translate service design concepts into reusable UX/UI implementation patterns.
- Develop WCAG-compliant front-end design standards, documentation and templates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support software delivery and UX/UI best practice.
- Minimum five years’ senior or lead design experience across bespoke and CoTS platforms or similar case management technologies.
- Minimum five years’ experience designing software solutions using modern user experience principles.
- Strong UX/UI implementation experience with React, Angular, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong experience delivering WCAG AA compliant front-end components, including cloud-based solutions using Azure or AWS.
