Senior Platform Engineer
You will lead the design, architecture, and rollout of platform projects across EQT's engineering platform. You will collaborate with engineers across the organization to align on standards and best practices, operate and continuously improve the platform, participate in on-call rotations, support incident response, and enhance reliability, security, and developer experience.

- Support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Requirements
- Experience as a senior Platform, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineer
- Proven experience leading platform projects from concept through to production
- Hands-on experience running Kubernetes production environments
- Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform
- Familiarity with GitOps and CI/CD workflows
- Experience with platform security
- Knowledge of authentication and identity systems
- Strong networking knowledge across cloud and Kubernetes environments
- Interest in the Agentic AI ecosystem
- Experience improving platform and production environment resilience
