Senior Procurement Excellence Officer
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
7 years of experience in procurement, data analytics, or performance management, preferably in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
Knowledge of major ERP procurement modules and digital procurement tools, with the ability to leverage artificial intelligence for business solutions and digitalization.
Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement and contract management principles, including sourcing strategies, tendering processes, contract lifecycle management, and compliance with governance frameworks.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with strong capabilities in data processing, analytics, and advanced analysis.
Ability to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations through compelling visualizations and summaries.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with strong presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and insights to diverse audiences.
Proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels.
Strong coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage tasks and collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyse procurement data and KPIs covering spending, savings, and compliance to support management reporting and performance reviews.
Prepare dashboards and standard reports on procurement efficiency, supplier performance, and contract utilization.
Monitor procurement excellence initiatives, performance metrics, and process optimization activities across strategic sourcing and tactical procurement functions to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
