Senior / Procurement Executive

Connect Energy is looking for this role to work for a marine engineering company for 2 years contract.

Responsibilities:

To the one assisting in organizing technical and commercial clarification meetings with vendor
Conducts bids evaluation
Evaluate the best bids according with company's requirements
Prepare purchase contracts, clearly indicate the specification requirements, terms and conditions
Manage Purchase Contracts to ensure vendor fulfilling the entire contract obligation
Monitor post purchase order activities such as vendor's design and engineering progress, manufacturing progress, delivery status
Expedite vendor data and submission
Resolve any discrepancy relating to material / equipment delivered
Perform vendor appraisal
Participate in auditing subcontractors' facilities when required

Requirements

ONLY SINGAPOREANS NEED APPLY
Diploma / Degree in Engineering
Min. 3 years' experience in purchasing role especially in O&G / shipyard / Marine & offshore industry.
Able to commit two (2) years contract.
Team player and able to work independently.
Able to multitask.
Able to work Overtime when required.
Willing to work on northern part of Singapore.
