Senior Procurement Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop suppliers, mainly focus on franchised distributors, and independent brokers.
- Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure supply continuity, competitive pricing, and long-term business partnerships.
- Source electronic components, conduct market and part analysis, and negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including RFQs, purchase order placement, order tracking, expediting, and discrepancy resolution.
- Monitor semiconductor market trends, component availability, supply-demand dynamics, and inventory positions to support sourcing decisions.
- Evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Planning, and Logistics teams to support customer requirements and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Analyze procurement data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable trade regulations.
Requirement:
- University or college degree holder
- Solid sourcing skills in IC electronics industrial
- Parts evaluation, price & contract negotiation & RMA settlement and able to understand the purchasing requisition to payment process.
- 3-7 year’s related experience, previous purchasing/sales experience at franchised distributor is a plus
- Proficient at coordination skills with vendors, sales, QA/QC and accounting department, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach, as well as the energy and motivation to succeed in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Fluent in both written and oral English. (CET6)
- Persistent, Proactive, detail-minded, independent, can-do attitude and a good team player
- Be confident and aggressive on each task
