The Role
We're looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Senior Product Designer who's passionate about crafting intuitive, user-centred experiences and comfortable owning design decisions with minimal oversight. You'll play a leading role in designing innovative products that balance user needs with business goals, taking ownership of key areas of our design system and setting the standard for consistency across our product suite.
As a thoughtful problem solver, you'll work independently and cross-functionally — partnering with product managers, engineers, marketing, and compliance — to translate ambiguous or evolving requirements into elegant design solutions, and to help shape those requirements in the first place. You'll use data, user insights, and testing to inform your work, mentor and give feedback to other designers, and proactively QA builds while iterating based on feedback.
This is a hands-on senior role in a fast-paced environment where strong communication, ownership, sound judgement under ambiguity, and a deep empathy for users are essential. If you're excited about shaping impactful digital experiences, elevating design quality across a growing product suite, and refining design from concept to execution, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the design system, setting standards for consistency across the product suite
Lead design iteration based on feedback, analytics, and user insights, setting the bar for design quality
Ensure consistency in branding, UI components, flows, accessibility, and usability across the team's output
Translate ambiguous or evolving product requirements into clear, user-friendly design solutions, and help shape those requirements upstream
Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma
Independently QA production builds and share results with developers
Lead design critique sessions, providing constructive feedback to other designers and helping to raise the overall design bar
Ensure UX is embedded end-to-end, validating prototypes and ensuring usability and coherence across the product
Partner closely with Product Managers, engineers, marketing, and compliance to ensure design feasibility, performance, and alignment with business goals
Lead user research, usability testing, and feedback loops (qualitative and quantitative)
Own UX metrics (drop-off, conversion, satisfaction), ensuring they're tracked, improved, and tied to product goals
Mentor and support the development of other designers on the team
