Senior Product Designer DeFi
You will synthesize product, engineering, and marketing needs into design deliverables, translate research and insights into products and features, and create workflows and detailed interactions. You will produce wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, prototypes, and research while representing users throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Synthesize Product, Engineering, and Marketing needs into design deliverables
- Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into product and feature concepts
- Design workflows and detailed interactions
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct evaluative research
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams across regions
- Represent design and advocate for users throughout the product lifecycle
- Shape the design vision with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership
- Solicit stakeholder feedback through design reviews and presentations
- Facilitate design-thinking workshops
Requirements
- Experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related fields
- Communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writers, and Researchers
- Design-critical thinking
- User-centered design methodologies
- Experimentation and research techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Design or HCI, or equivalent practical experience is preferred
- Experience designing for FinTech, investment platforms, or crypto products is preferred
- Experience with global teams is preferred
