Senior Product Designer
You will own the end-to-end user experience for products, from ideation and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff. You will translate complex trading mechanics and data into intuitive, performant user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with engineers and users to shape product direction and interaction models. You will establish and maintain design standards and consistency across products, incorporate feedback and research to iterate, and own the product brand.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience designing trading products
- Portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions to complex interaction and data challenges
- Strong attention to detail in visual and interaction design
- Ability to work closely with engineers and understand implementation constraints
- High ownership mentality and ability to make fast informed product decisions
- Passion for decentralized finance
- Familiarity with crypto Web3 design patterns and user behaviors
- Exposure to Solana or similar blockchain ecosystems
