Senior Product Designer

You will own the end-to-end product design process from problem definition through final delivery. You will research and validate user pain points, translate product and business requirements into intuitive solutions, and design high-quality experiences across web and mobile. You will create pixel-perfect interfaces, build and evolve a scalable design system, produce print materials when needed, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, maintain consistency across product and brand touchpoints, and conduct design QA. You may also enhance product experiences through illustration, storytelling, motion, and video assets.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process from problem definition to final delivery
• Identify and validate user pain points through research, prototyping, and testing
• Translate product and business requirements into clear, intuitive design solutions
• Design high-quality user experiences across web and mobile
• Create and deliver pixel-perfect UI with strong attention to layout, typography, and hierarchy
• Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system
• Design and produce print materials such as brochures and event assets
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams
• Ensure consistency across product and brand touchpoints
• Conduct design QA and iterate based on feedback and performance

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI
• Strong experience designing end-to-end product experiences
• Expertise in UX thinking, user flows, and problem-solving
• High level of UI craft and visual execution
• Strong experience working with and scaling design systems
• Ability to work hands-on while thinking strategically
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, cross-timezone environment
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Experience with Web3 or crypto is nice to have
• Experience with motion design and video creation is nice to have
• Experience with illustration or custom visual asset creation is nice to have
• Basic understanding of front-end development is nice to have
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments is nice to have
