Senior Product Designer Trading
You will lead product design for trading experiences, synthesizing business and user needs into comprehensive deliverables. You will solve design problems from research through detailed workflows and interactions, create wireframes, journey maps, mockups, prototypes, and research outputs, and represent the user throughout the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, Product, and Engineering, facilitate design reviews and workshops, and improve design quality through feedback.
Responsibilities
- Synthesize needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into design deliverables
- Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into product and feature concepts
- Design workflows and detailed interactions
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define initiatives
- Collaborate with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership
- Solicit feedback through design reviews and presentations
- Facilitate design thinking workshops
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related fields
- Experience designing complex fintech, crypto, trading, or web3 products
- Understanding of the crypto ecosystem and CeFi trading
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of user-centered design methodologies
- Understanding of experimentation and research techniques
