Senior Product Designer

You will lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing through prototyping and delivery. You will create and maintain design systems, workflows, and tools to enable rapid execution and consistency. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align on goals and deliver user-centered solutions. You will iterate quickly on designs, produce mocks within tight timeframes (24–48 hours), and provide clear rationale for design decisions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process
• Create and maintain design systems workflows and tools
• Prototype and deliver high-quality product interfaces
• Perform wireframing and discovery to define solutions
• Collaborate with Product Engineering Marketing and Sales
• Champion user-centered design and influence product strategy
• Rapidly iterate on designs and update mocks in real time
• Onboard quickly and deliver value within the first 90 days

Requirements

• Proven track record leading product design at fast-paced startups
• Expertise in Figma for design execution
• Experience using Notion for documentation and collaboration
• Self-starter with fast execution and high ownership
• Ability to develop scalable design systems aligned with cross-functional goals
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
• AI fluency and experience applying AI to accelerate design workflows
