Senior Product Manager

At AdGuard, we have been building and evolving a line of products designed to protect users from online ads, tracking, phishing, and other web threats for over 17 years. Our product ecosystem includes browser extensions, desktop, and mobile applications used by over 100 million people worldwide in 20+ languages.

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of one of our key products.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and grow a consumer product as part of a unified ecosystem (mobile, desktop, extensions, web);
• Define the product vision and growth strategy for one of our key products;
• Manage incoming product requests (improvements, new features, stability, UX quality, and external constraints/compliance requirements);
• Generate and prioritize product hypotheses based on data, CustDev, and user behavior analysis;
• Own features end-to-end: hypotheses, user research, MVP, A/B testing, task definition and breakdown, and delivery support;
• Manage the product roadmap and backlog in close collaboration with the cross-functional team;
• Work closely with UX/UI design, engineering, and data analytics teams;
• Support marketing campaign launches, contributing to product positioning and promotional assets.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager;
• Strong technical background and experience working with technically complex products;
• Proven track record of owning a significant part or track of a B2C/consumer product;
• Experience working in international markets;
• English proficiency at B2 or higher (for reading documentation and communicating with an international team);
• Hands-on experience leading features from concept to release, including independent task breakdown and definition;
• Demonstrated ability to impact key product metrics (DAU/WAU/MAU, Retention, Conversion, CAC, LTV, etc.);
• Strong skills in user analytics and data-driven decision-making.

• Understanding of network technologies and protocols;
• Experience working across mobile, desktop, and browser extension environments;
• Experience with subscription models, paywalls, and monetization strategies.
