Senior Product Manager – Crypto
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned areas of the crypto product suite from discovery and definition through launch and continuous improvement.
- Translate the crypto strategy into an executable roadmap, prioritized against commercial impact, regulatory obligations, and platform reliability.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of third-party partners exchanges, custodians, liquidity providers, and other crypto infrastructure vendors.
- Work closely with Compliance and Legal to ensure products meet AML/KYT, Travel Rule, and jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements.
- Translate customer needs and regulatory constraints into clear technical requirements and specifications, using Jira for tasks and Confluence for documentation.
- Manage the product backlog in an agile framework, balancing new capability delivery with reliability and operational efficiency.
- Track and evaluate product performance post-launch adoption, transaction success, cost, client satisfaction and drive data-informed improvements.
- Mentor and support other Product Managers, contributing to the maturity of product practices across the department.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years owning crypto or digital asset products at an exchange, broker, wallet provider, or comparable regulated entity.
- Fluency in English; additional languages would be considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the crypto product landscape custody and wallets, trading (spot and/or derivatives), staking, and emerging functionalities — and how they connect commercially and operationally.
- Solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals: major networks, stablecoins, transaction models, network fees, and their operational implications.
- Experience with third-party crypto infrastructure custody providers, exchanges, liquidity providers, or crypto payment processors.
- Working knowledge of crypto-specific compliance: AML/KYT screening, Travel Rule, and awareness of frameworks such as MiCA.
- Experience in fintech, brokerage, exchange, or other regulated high-risk environments is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences up to executive level.
