Senior Product Manager - Data & Analytics

Salary: $1k - $1074 p.d. + Superannuation

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Data Product Manager to join a large-scale enterprise data transformation program. You'll lead the strategy, delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise data products that enable smarter decision-making across a complex organisation. Working alongside business and technical stakeholders, you'll shape product roadmaps, drive agile delivery and ensure trusted, high-quality data products deliver measurable business value. This is a long-term contract with hybrid working arrangements available and the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile, multi-year data and analytics program.

The Role
You'll play a key role in leading enterprise data product delivery by:

• Defining and managing the vision, strategy and roadmap for enterprise data products.
• Leading agile multidisciplinary delivery teams to deliver valuable, user-focused outcomes.
• Managing product backlogs and prioritising work based on business value, risk and strategic objectives.
• Building strong relationships with business stakeholders and translating business needs into delivery outcomes.
• Embedding governance, data quality, privacy and security requirements throughout product delivery.
• Monitoring product adoption, performance and ongoing business benefits.

About You
To be successful, you'll bring:

• Proven experience managing digital, data or analytics products within complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across business and technical teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading agile delivery using Scrum or similar methodologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise data platforms, business intelligence and data governance principles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and prioritisation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
• A passion for delivering user-centred data and analytics solutions that create measurable business value.
