Senior Product Manager, DevOps and AI
You will plan and design an enterprise AI Native engineering platform that integrates AI agents, AI coding, knowledge capabilities, and engineering systems. You will translate engineering workflows into product solutions, design AI capabilities for delivery processes, integrate repositories and delivery tools, and measure adoption and effectiveness as the platform scales.
Responsibilities
- Lead product planning, requirements analysis, and solution design for the AI Native engineering platform
- Understand the end-to-end engineering lifecycle
- Translate product, design, engineering, QA, and operations workflows into structured product solutions
- Design AI agent capabilities for requirements analysis, solution generation, coding collaboration, test generation, environment orchestration, and knowledge accumulation
- Integrate AI capabilities with code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, testing platforms, deployment environments, and knowledge platforms
- Establish product effectiveness evaluation and user feedback mechanisms
- Optimize the product continuously and support its expansion from pilot validation to broad adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in ToB products, platform products, or intelligent product solutions
- Engineering background in software development, test development, architecture, or technical product roles
- Strong understanding of DevOps, engineering productivity, software delivery processes, and quality systems
- Solid understanding of AI agent product design, task execution, workflow orchestration, result validation, and delivery closure
- Familiarity with AI coding products including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Copilot
- Understanding of context engineering, knowledge input, tool integration, human-in-the-loop collaboration, and governance
- Strong structured thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and execution skills
- AI agent, RAG, knowledge graph, Copilot, or intelligent workflow experience is a nice-to-have
- Engineering platform, DevOps platform, or platform product experience is a nice-to-have
