Senior Product Manager, Risk Intelligence Product
You will lead the development of fraud and risk products, platforms, and models. You will manage the roadmap, balance financial losses with customer experience and business growth, oversee identity verification and risk investigation capabilities, coordinate with data and engineering teams, monitor product metrics, and drive cross-functional delivery.
Responsibilities
- Drive the risk platform product and business toward world-class standards
- Align risk initiatives with business, engineering, and risk strategy teams
- Manage ML and AI model projects for identity verification and risk investigation
- Work with data science, data analytics, ML engineering, and development teams to improve model services
- Use data to make product and business decisions
- Gather customer feedback and improve customer risk experience
- Define and monitor product success metrics
- Prioritize epics and sprints and groom the product backlog
- Lead product research, design, and development with cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in risk management
- Familiarity with risk decision engines, modeling services, and risk analytics tooling
- Ability to translate product strategy into detailed requirements
- Technical background with software development experience
- Experience managing products throughout research, design, delivery, and launch
- Experience defining and monitoring KPIs and impact metrics
- Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects
