Senior Product Manager Transact
You will lead Transact products, particularly Auth, while executing against the roadmap and shaping product strategy. You will manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, research markets and competitors, analyze customer feedback and product performance, coordinate engineering, design, marketing, and sales, track product metrics, and drive data-informed improvements.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap
- Participate in the product lifecycle from ideation through launch
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Gather and analyze customer feedback
- Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies
- Work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops
- Set and track product performance metrics
- Analyze product performance and identify improvements
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management
- Background in open banking or authorization-related payments products
- Technical background and ability to work through implementation details
- Tactical builder mentality
- Background in fintech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets
- Written and verbal communication
- Project management methodologies and Jira
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Experience testing and integrating APIs
