Senior Program Manager – Regulatory Change (Contract)

• Lead end-to-end program planning across multiple workstreams for a transformation project, aligning milestones, dependencies, and resourcing
• Own the regulatory engagement framework and oversee submission timelines, with strong focus on governance and regulatory requirements within the Singapore banking domain
• Chair governance forums (SteerCo, working groups) and engage regularly with senior leaders/C-suite, ensuring decisions are documented, tracked, and actioned
• Drive operational resilience by embedding BAU controls into program delivery and maintaining program-level RAID logs
• Act as primary escalation point for cross-functional issues, with a business-framework focus rather than deep technical/UAT involvement
