Job Summary

Responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing system architecture, data schema, and developing efficient, secure, and user-friendly enterprise applications/software. This includes application maintenance and application rationalization to maximize the efficiency of the organization's IT systems.

Job Description

• Analyze user requirements and business processes, and translate them into system specifications

• Design, develop, test, and implement application systems based on requirements

• Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and usability

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including debugging and user support

• Prepare technical documentation documents

• Support system deployment, upgrades, and other IT projects when required

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• 2–4 years of experience in application development ​
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise or business applications
• Experience working with databases and system integration is an advantage
• Programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL, relational databases)
• Knowledge of API security and system integration
• Understanding of system analysis and design concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of IAM or Authorize Accession will be considered a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving under pressure, effective time management & task prioritization, good communication and coordination skills
